PhoneMagic completes the bridge for unified messaging between TeleVantage and GoldMine, by automatically identifying the caller id from the incoming voice mail message and linking it to the correct contact in GoldMine. Now, TeleVantage voice messages are automatically added to the GoldMine history for the appropriate contact. PhoneMagic works seamlessly at the server level, running as an application on a GoldMine Server and linking to a TeleVantage server.
